Individual Therapy

Services

Unified Protocol

Unified Protocol

Unified Protocol

Unified Protocol (UP) is an evidence-based approach to therapy that focuses on understanding and changing the patterns that keep difficult emotions going.

Rather than treating anxiety, depression, or related concerns separately, UP helps people build skills to tolerate emotions, respond more flexibly, and create lasting change across many areas of life.

Attachment Work

Unified Protocol

Unified Protocol

Attachment Work focuses on how our early relationships shape the way we connect with others today.

In therapy, attachment work helps people understand their relational patterns, build a stronger sense of safety and self-trust, and develop healthier, more secure connections in relationships.

EMDR

Unified Protocol

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences.

By using gentle bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the nervous system in reducing the emotional intensity of painful memories, allowing people to move forward with greater ease and resilience.
